1. Payment options
Payment can be made by using PayPal. Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay in webstores.
You can either:
Pay with Credit cards: (Visa, MasterCard, Amex tai Discover)
Or with Payment cards: (Visa Electron, Maestro).
After paying with the PayPal service, your card information is safely handled only in their system, and you do not need to give your bank or card information to Pet-Master.
You have two options with PayPal payment:
1. Create your own PayPal-account. It is easy, fast and free. Then you add your credit card or payment card information into the service and you are ready to use PayPal as a payment option for many webstores worldwide.
You can create PayPal-account in: www.paypal.com.
2. Pay without PayPal-account. You can also pay without creating a PayPal-account. With this option you will need to fill out your card information and address information.
2. Shipping methods
We are shipping into countries within EU and outside EU.
Deliveries are sent as an insured package/letter by the Finnish postal service.
3. Shipping fee
- Shipping fee for orders inside Finland: 7.70€
- Inside EU: 11.90€
- Outside EU: 12.95€
Free shipping for orders 170€ or over.
4. Delivery time
All products are handcrafted and because of that, the delivery time may vary from the stated below.
- Delivery time within Finland: 1-5 workdays.
- Within EU: 4-8 workdays.
- Outside EU: 7-12 workdays.
5. Exchange and return policy
The product exchanges or returns must always be arranged beforehand with Pet-Master. All products have exchange or return policy within 14 days after receiving the delivery. Items need to be returned in their original condition.
Expenses caused by the return process will not be refunded unless it has been arranged beforehand with Pet-Master. Pet-Master will not reclaim any cash on delivery (COD) returns.

6. Damaged products
If the product you bought is damaged in everyday use, you can contact us through our contact form at the bottom of the page. We can repair the product for a price agreed beforehand.
We will try to repair the product or exchange it for new one for free only if the damage is clearly a result of an error in production.
